A 3 minute lesson to be calm and in control


This is a 3 minute mini-lesson on how just 3 breaths can create calm; reduce anxieties and stress to swiftly give you back your control.
Please practise the technique a few times and it will become an automatic response if you have stress or anxiety burst forth.
